Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I register for the event?
You can register online via our official event website. Simply select your race category, fill in your details, and complete payment. Registration is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
2. Can I change my distance or category after registering?
Should you wish to substitute, cancel or upgrade/downgrade your entry – please contact Entry Ninja directly.
3. What is the cut-off date for entries?
Online entries will close on 26 August 2026 or earlier depending on ticket sales
4. How do I submit an online indemnity form?
After registering, you will receive a link to the online indemnity form. Complete and submit it to secure your participation.
5. Do I need to bring the indemnity form on race day?
If you have submitted the online form successfully, there is no need to bring a printed copy. However, we recommend keeping a confirmation email just in case.
6. Are there medals for all race categories?
Yes! All participants who complete their race will receive a medal. Special prizes will be awarded for winners in each category.
7. Where can I pick up my race number?
Race numbers can be collected at registration on Friday from 2-8pm and Saturday from 5:30am. Please bring along your online entry.
8. Who do I contact if I have questions?

9. Is there parking at the event?
There is limited parking available around the square and suggest that if you stay close to the square that you opt to walk otherwise get someone to drop you off in the morning.
10. Are refreshments available on the course?
Yes, water stations and refreshments will be available on 4.5 km; 14km 28km and as indicated on the route maps. Please stay hydrated and follow marshals’ instructions.
11. How do I collect prize money if I win?
Prize money winners will be contacted via email and paid electronically.
12. Where do I find my race results?
Race results will be published online at https://finishtime.co.za/toolkit-passport/
13. Where can I see photos of the event?
Participants are welcome to share and tag their own photos!
14. Refunds & Cancellations:
Cancellations and refunds are possible but only up until the close of online entries.
15. Limited Entries:
A maximum of 1500 entries will be available across all 5 distances. Once the race has sold out, no more entries will be available thereafter. NO entries will be available at registration, except for the 5km Fun Run, at the discretion of the race organisers.
